Apply, starting from the bottom of eyelashes to the tips, using small, horizontal zigzag movements until the desired effect is achieved. Don’t let mascara dry in between coats. Gently sweep the mascara over lower lashes to provide eyes a wide-open look and finish the mascara application. Removes easily with Note Instant Bi-Phase Makeup Remover.
