It combines a tinted cream that fills and designs brows as well as a tinted gel with a brush to comb, style and fix the brows in two easy steps. Step 1 Fill delivers a soft creamy tinted texture with its thin applicator and contains Walnut oil. Step 2 Fix delivers a non sticky tinted gel that dries quickly to set the brow shape.
