Here is the new eyeliner trend that is taking over TikTok. Impressive and dramatic reverse cat eye, which involves applying liner to only your bottom lash line! It’s ideal for those who struggle with creating perfect wings. Recreating the reverse cat eye is simple and can be done in just few easy steps, just follow them!
Step 1.
Spread a small amount our NOTE Skin Perfecting Primer over the entire face to smooth out imperfections and keep skin matte.
Step 2.
With the fingertips, spread a small amount of our NOTE BB Cream onto the face. Using circular movements, gently sweep it outwards from the center of the face towards the edges of the face and on the neck. You can also apply it using a foundation brush or a makeup sponge.
Step 3.
Push the bottom of applicator of our NOTE Perfecting Concealer Pen to dispense the perfect amount of highlighter into the brush tip. To brighten, use the pen down the bridge of the nose, the brow bones, above the brow, and on the tops of the cheeks. To conceal dark circles, apply to the under eye area in an upside down triangle shape and blend with fingertips, a concealer brush, or a sponge.
Step 4.
Set your make up with our NOTE Translucent Setting Powder, with added blue light protection. Smooth all over face using the enclosed applicator or a powder brush, starting from center of face and blending outwards.
Step 5.
Add to your skin a natural sun-kissed glow with a silky finish with our NOTE Bronzing Powder 30. Apply the bronzer with a powder brush. Gently blend the product onto the face and neck. Concentrate application on high points first, such as the forehead, cheekbones and the bridge of the nose. Then apply the brush’s remaining powder to the rest of the face.
Step 6.
Sculpt and define your cheekbones by applying our NOTE Luminous Silk Compact Blusher 05 Desert Rose to cheekbones and temples using a blush brush and blend outwards.
Step 7.
Accentuate and highlight your cheekbones with our NOTE Terracotta Blusher 02 Vintage Pink. Dust over center of forehead, tops of cheekbones, brow bones and cupids bow.
Step 8.
Using sharp angled brush fill your brows with the dark brown (shade A) eyeshadow of our NOTE Love At The First Sight Palette 201.
Step 9.
Using sharp angled brush, line your lower lash line with dark brown (shade A) eyeshadow from our NOTE Love At The First Sight Palette 201. Keep the line thin and keep it as close to your lash line as possible. Wing it out at the corner, connecting the wing to the upper eyelid. Then, smudge the line you drew. Using fluffy brush and sheer eyeshadow (shade B) blend the liner under the lash line to create more smokey wing look.
Step 10.
Add volume to your lashes with our NOTE Volume One Touch Mascara. Apply mascara to the upper and lower lashes, starting from the bottom of eyelashes to the tips, using small, horizontal zigzag movements.
Step 11.
Paint your lips with our non sticky NOTE Le Volume Gloss 02 Just Nude for voluptuous, redefined and plumped lips. Apply directly to lips starting from the center of the lips and moving outward.
