Should a concealer be used under or over a foundation? Both options are correct and how to apply is really based on an individual’s need. To cover discolorations, apply NOTE concealer before a foundation to seemingly make (dark shadows), or blemishes (acne skin, sun spots ) disappear.
To brighten, apply concealer after a foundation to add light, refreshen up the eye contour area. Choose a slightly lighter concealer shade.
